About This Course
YouFO (a lacrosse-ultimate frisbee style sport) will be shown through videos and live demonstration. It is a great sport to teach 8 year olds and up! Attendees will see recorded and live video of YouFO skill development and teaching skill progression. YouFO is easy to learn, and fun to master!
