About This Course

Literature suggests frequent opportunities to move enhances social emotional learning and confidence. This session addresses the critical need to help children build confidence by creating movement opportunities that contribute to a healthy lifestyle. “Sensory Continuity” will frame the presentation. Frequent practice of FMS helps children achieve age-appropriate grade level outcomes.
