Early Learner Fitness


About This Course

Early Learner Fitness teaches how physical activity can improve motor skill development and student behavior through purposeful movement. Activities focus on crossing the midline, using whole body handwriting, and mat exercises. We will highlight the calming and focusing activities that teach students how to self-regulate behavior and focus their attention.
