About This Course

Sworkit, a fitness app, makes it simple to incorporate physical activity into your classroom and meet Tennessee's Lifetime Wellness Standards. Sworkit workouts can be customized to fit the exact needs of your students, and can be easily adapted to accommodate in-person or virtual learning. Students will be able to create their own accounts, and teachers can monitor real-time completion of workouts. We'll review getting Sworkit accounts created, making custom workouts, best practices for incorporating Sworkit into teaching, a sample of our Sworkit K-12 standards aligned curriculum, and more!
